  • Perform a Visual Inspection: Upon arriving, our technician will introduce him or herself. After that, they will complete a visual inspection. This means looking for things like roof leaks, salt deposits, window condensation, and staining. Though these will not reveal all contaminants, the visual markers give us insight into potential problems.
  • Take Measurements: Now that they know what parts of your building show signs of damage, our specialists will take air quality measurements. This usually involves using a handheld monitor to determine your home’s current levels of carbon monoxide, radon, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Once complete, these things will be compiled into a report.
  • Make Recommendations: Now that we’ve pinpointed the reason behind your stuffy nose or chronic cough, we’ll present you with an itemized action plan.
