Semi-Annual Tune-ups and Inspections

Our 40 point Precision Tune-Ups Include:

Cooling

  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections
  • Check volts/amps on meters
  • Inspect and check safeties and controls
  • Check for air leaks around indoor equipment
  • Inspect Indoor blower and motor
  • Check blower speed and airflow
  • Check temperature differential
  • Check refrigerant
  • Inspect condensate pad
  • Check for obvious refrigerant leaks
  • Inspect indoor coil
  • Clean outdoor coil
  • Check contacts and relays
  • Check run and start capacitors
  • Check operation and condition of the compressor
  • Clean or replace the existing filter (provided by client)
  • Check operation of the thermostat
  • Inspect ductwork
  • Inform customer of findings and recommendations
  • Lubricate as needed

Heating

  • Clean outdoor coil (Heat Pump Only)
  • Inspect and adjust the burner if needed
  • Inspect and test gas valve
  • Clean or replace the existing filter (provided by client)
  • Check operation and condition of compressor (Heat Pump Only)
  • Check operation of the thermostat
  • Inspect flue for cracks and obstructions
  • Inform customer of findings and recommendations
  • Inspect ductwork
