Ruben Cadenas

My name is Ruben Cadena and I’ve been in the hvac industry for 10 years and counting. I love spending time with my wife and family. I enjoy traveling, doing cook outs and having game nights. I also enjoy playing baseball and golf. One sport requires working as a team while the other is more individualized. Just like HVAC there are times where we may go in the field as a team or by ourselves but we always make sure to get the job done.

When I first started in this profession I asked myself what did I get myself into? Knowing myself that I am not a quitter I stayed in the industry. Once I really started getting my hands dirty and learning so much I started liking it more. Then when I began doing most calls on my own fixing homeowners hvac issues along with seeing their reaction in a way that makes you feel like a hero, that’s when I started loving my job. I love diagnosing the whole system and being able to put things together to get the job done right. As I keep doing that I have it as a goal of mine to be able to keep pushing myself further to learning more, enjoying my career, and being able to provide the best service that I can.
